I think you're on wrong track Chippy. The EUP want to stall talks over Brexit because they know the EU is slowly collapsing now Brexit is happening, and they're trying to derail Brexit as much as possible in order to keep dictatorship over Britain and other EU countries. Nigel Farage is doing a great job standing up to the EUP, especially the dictatorships of Merkel and Juncker. The EUP are well aware that some other countries are calling for a referendum to leave the EU as well. Some experts are also predicting the collapse of the EU. As I previously said, when one makes the first move, others will follow for the right reasons. Brexit told all the other countries of the EU "No, you are not shackled to the EU, you have a choice"
