So Brucey seems to rest his entire season on whether or not he finishes above us?

I'm sure that bloke would be happy to get relegated aslong as we were 20th and they were 19th.

After his comments in the 5-1 post match interview about the only thing mattering finishing above us this just confirms how obsessed he is.

So he would be happy for them to finish 15th and us 16th, yet they have spent millions in recent years and "have been improving". Start caring about your own club you fat ****!

I mean of course we each want to finish above each other theres no denying that, but it honestly seems to be the only important thing to bloke, he comes out with the same patter two years running, and it seems like his no1 priority, obsessed isnt the word.

What nobody (except my Brummie dad, seemingly) has noticed about Brucey, with regards obsession... He likes a mate from a former club... A bit disappointed Oliver Kapo and Emile Heskey won't be lining-up for them against us.. I bet he is too!

Let's face it, if Bruce continues to assemble squads based on his previous ones, finishing above us will probably be all he can realistically achieve for their millions!

The whole club has it, all their fans have it, no reason why their fat manager shouldn't have it either then. Even though he supports us.

 

he may think you have a good chance of finishing top 10, if you do and we finish above you, then thats another improvement for us over the past few years.

I dont really know what you expect him to say tbh, we all know he is/was but probably still is a Newcastle supporter, and maybe this year he is taking pressure off his players, as last year he built it up far too much, and we came out like rabbits in headlights, this year he is playing it down, and you are still having a go at him.

 

We're allowed to have a go at him, he is the manager of our local rivals, surely that is enough to hate him, nevermind he claimed to be a Toon fan but never went to a Derby match until he was managing you.

 

Yeah said that last when we thought we might be challenging you for 7th, then both teams collapsed and he was still happy because you were higher than us.

and we finished 10th which was our aim at the start of the season, doesnt really matter how we got there, we got there.

and yes you are entitled to hate the bloke, and he probably cant win with you lot, thats fair enough, i am just putting my 2cents in.
