I've just checked all Bruce's signings, season by season and I don't make it that much: 2012-13 - Spent £10.8m, sold those players for £10.5m, Meyler still with us. 2013-14 - Spent £23.4m, sold those players for £17.7m, McGregor still with us. 2014-15 - Spent £42.45m, sold those players for £53.25m, Abel and Dawson still with us. 2015-16 - Spent £8.55m, sold those players for £15m, Dio and Dave still with us. So I make it a total spend of £85.2m, sold for £96.45m, so a profit of £11.25m (I've only used add-on's if I believe we've already received them).
