Looking forward to this one , first time in a while I've got time off to go, don't care what the team is as long as we win tbh !!! But I expect something similar to the teams above, and maybe a couple of the u23 team on the bench !!!

Wonder how Watford paid Burnley the £18m for Grey?

Is CBJ 100% fit? He turned his ankle late on in his first match and hasn't played since.

I would not be surprised if Anita and Baradi turned out to be our best full back pairing we have had for some time.

I like CBJ, think he offers a lot more overlapping the winger as a natural left footer. Anita very calm and tidy though.

    Afternoon all.

Don't have a problem with Wood leaving but do have a problem with how he went about it.

Should have told his agent/whoever that I have a match to play this weekend we'll sit down and discuss this on Monday. Personally I think he's jumped a bit early and if he had played well and scored he might have found that other clubs would have come out of the woodwork in the final week of the transfer window.

For example Everton need a centre forward, who knows they may have decided to take a chance on him.

Anyway a big thank you to a classless Burnley for the £22 million plus add ons this summer. Not only do we have your dough we now have someone to cheer all the way to relegation.

Presume whatever way we get paid is likely the way well then have to pay for his replacement.Might make the German club less interested in doing a deal if its in instalments too as well as they having to stump up a lump of his wages

Just checked how it's going for Taylor, Cook and Byram.

Zero minutes played between them so far this season, so good to see them developing nicely.

Oh and we now have better in all their positions so pleased to say we're not missing you at all.

Perhaps they should give Redders a call for some career advice once the splinters start to hurt.

Think we over rated our youngsters a bit. They looked great in our mediocre squads.Wonder would they look as good now with the likes of Alioski and Saiz pulling the strings

Looks like we may be getting an Italian or from an Italian team? I wonder who that can be

Chuffed to bits we are looking elsewhere as Hugill isnt good enough, Rhodes is a tosser and not played or scored for 2 years, McGreedy's a coont and again not played or scored. Lassoga looks like not happening unless he's in Italy, and the young kids mentioned from Arsenal, Swansea & Southampton will not cover Woods goals this season.

Great point this and has always been the same even back to Sgt Wilko who went to Africa and found Lucas Radabe, Massinga, Yeboah all for a can of coke but worth millions

Funnily enough, I was checking the same thing last night, but only for Taylor. Had quite a chuckle to myself. Let's hope the first game he gets for them is when we play them in the PL next season, & Bera breaks his leg for him. Actually, Shaughnessy could do it - he's got good recent experience of breaking legs :D

One for Chippy here but the other great news is the club will be doing replica shirt exchanges due to Wood fooking off, :emoticon-0148-yes::emoticon-0150-hands
