    I still don't think they'll sell. Don't they have a small number of English players? AVB wanted to keep him for the home grown rule, I read somewhere ages ago.

    I'd pay 20m for Sturridge, and that's what Chelsea were asking for him. We need a proper replacement for Carroll and Sturridge fits the bill.

    I reckon AVB will play Sturridge though. He featured in all of their pre-season matches I think and scored in a couple two. Can't see them letting him go, either allowing the younger ones to start the match and having Drog / Anelka come on towards the end, or doing it the other way around, that's what i'd do anyway if i had my FM head on. Plus two of the ones already mentioned are getting on a tad.
