No idea Chelsea. I'd have thought if you take the odds the night before that's what you get. But I'm not a punter. If you take the odds on the exchange I would have thought that was fixed???
No excuses there. Had the perfect run through but just bumped into one, Massaat did beat Ribchester last year so is clearly handy
Winston found trouble in running on one track that it's impossible to find trouble in running. Would piss me right off if this jock keeps the ride. Hadn't a penny in just amazing how **** this jock is, hope he doesn't drive a car!!
I didn't see him find any trouble??? Looked get the perfect run, just outclassed by a proper group animal. Librisa Breeze just isn't quite good another stepping up to that level.
Difficult to accelerate in soft ground. Race didn't suit at all. I will look forward to the sectionals but it looks as though they went a decent clip, given the ground (based on the clock) and the winner had the race sewn up a long way out. I'd still back him over 7f at Ascot on better ground. It remains to be seen whether the winner was trained to the hilt and that's the best we'll see of him, or whether he will come on for the race. If the latter, he will take some beating on soft. 2nd in the 2000Gns last year but why on earth was it the Derby?
Please dont make any more excuses for him Ron. At this level surely to God the horse is now "excused out".
I'm happy to wait until he gets decent ground, 7f at Ascot - oh and a decent jockey. You may be right stick (probably in fact) but I'm not judging him on that race
He probably could win a Group 2 somewhere, bit unlucky to bump into a horse whos been 2nd in a Dewhurst and a Guineas there. Should be able to win a G3 at least. Think the jockey bashing is a bit over the top, the horse is a bit of a monkey for all its ability.
