Strikes me that LL is deciding that a Leeds legend is anyone he likes the most and is backed up by many unkown 'loads of supporters'. Adryan is a legend to me, only Leeds player to play on after a jelly fish sting <ok>

I really don't think you know what colloquial means. Are you are trying to use big words to sound intelligent? <doh>

And who decides who's a Leeds Legend 2020.........you?

You can be forgiven for your lack of command of the english language.................but while you're having a go at me, you are unknowingly also deciding who is and isn't a Leeds Legend..................isn't it great, footballs back...:emoticon-0148-yes:

You couldn't make it up. On this very page, a numpty humiliates himself by trying to inappropriately (and laughably) insert a big word that he doesn't understand into an otherwise peculiar sentence & draws criticism for it. He then has the temerity to criticise someone for a mis-key - and bigs it to 'lack of command of the english (sic) language' by again not having said command himself. Different league doesn't begin to describe it! <doh>

Is that your comeback Marcos, C'mon pal, you know that's bottom of barrel stuff.

You got something against people like me lowering our standards to integrate with people like you, if you have, it's discrimination.....:emoticon-0105-wink:

Welcome to LeedsLoser, Josh. :D It's an oft-used pattern of his. In fact, aren't you not second in the queue on this thread alone? I believe Marcos is still waiting for a response to his 'Wood' question?

Why apologise for making a prize cnut of yourself when you can assault a fellow poster for making a pertinent & very correct statement? The ego has landed. A very ignorant (in every sense of the word) ego. <doh>

What if he doesn't Marcos? ..........and what if he does stay and doesn't perform, would that be 15 to 20 mill down drain? those misses are going to be very costly.

Some go on about how great Wood is because he had 1 good season which was set up for him by Monk, if he doesn't go close to achieving the same he's a flop, if he does he's justified his plaudits.

If we don't sell, and he plays bad, we lose the money and the goals, and probably promotion chances if TC continually creates the same setup as Monk. Cross a thousand balls to my Granddad and chances are he'll get on end of some of them.

Those who worship Wood see the Iceberg above water, but 7/8ths of the Iceberg is below water.

Some stats from last season and one game this season.

    PNE first game,
Wood was completely marked out of the game, we scored 3 from midfielders.

    PNE 2nd game,
Wood didn't play, we scored 4 goals from midfielders.

    Portvale,
Wood didn't play, we scored 4 goals, 3 from a midfielder and 1 from a stand in striker.

As most know, most of last years games were a bit flat and ugly, many we played catch up. This season, if TC gets it right is going to be different set ups and ball games.

The above are just my observations of course, and they tell me something......:emoticon-0148-yes:
