    Blimey, talk about saying all the right things:
    "I want the fans to be proud of what we're doing and be involved as much as we can.
    "We'll do it in style and with integrity."
    "I'm keen to create a good Academy"
    "Make a difference in the community."
    I couldn't have set out the ideal owners vision had I written myself. We really may finally have the perfect fit on th board if he lives up to this.

    And the other good news is that there appears to be financial backing beyond Fernandes' private fortune which addresses the big concern about the investment that many had.

    Happy days indeed. Now bring on Scott P.

    Next few games, especially at home, we gotta sing with joy until our throats explode!!! - you may even hear me from here!!!, now gotta book some cheap flights for October, not missing Chelsea or Spurs (that´s what the premiership is all about!!)

    on the ticker it states 66% but the reporter commented that he didnt know. I agree that 66% is probably defo!
    Just getting ready for the press conference. Amit, Tony and Neil the only 3 in it so looks like tango and cash have gone, good riddance

    I once posted a thread "Flavio - loveable rogue?" but must admit got seriously tired of the lack of respect towards fans and even worse talking down to us. Don't miss him one little bit, well maybe the eye candy he sometimes brought with him to games.

    He brought a splash of glamour to the club at a time when things had been very grey for many years. I for one never thought I'd see the day when super models started turning up in the QPR directors box. A very naughty boy clearly but at least he seemed to like football unlike some Chelsea supporting midget slime balls I could mention.
