    Someone on the radio said they'd start it off at £3,000

    The club need to buy it for the museum.

    Its up to him but surely he doesnt need the money. He could raise funds for the cancer ward and provide for his kids without doing this. Medals are treasured memories.

    Totally agree. This is EXACTLY the kind of thing the Museum should be owning.

    Guess this will show how serious they are about what they are trying to achieve.

    Wonder why Deano is selling. Can't be strapped for cash already, surely?

    I think it would be great if all Hull City supporters chipped into a fund to buy the medal off Deano, with the medal then given to the club to be put on display....

    dont know if that could be organised somehow...

    I think is a brilliant gesture by Deano....

    a very worthy cause to say the least...

    I'd love the club to top the highest bidder and give it back to him tbh.

    If he hadn't scored 'that' goal, my best memories of City would never have happened, and anything and everything he's got since that day he deserves, and double.
