Bet they will be telling us that they've another site, that will hold 30,000 and a carpark big enough for the 20,000 that will get locked out.
Remember when they ****ing laughed and gloated at us for not getting Ashton Vale? Couldn't happen to a better bunch! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
There's certainly an amount of schadenfreude to be had on the back of the stick received over Ashton Vale, but in another way it's sad for the city of Bristol that modern developments continue to be held back. Bristol's a great place to live, but it has the potential to be more special if certain projects were actually helped to completion, rather than thrown out on the back of the misplaced misgivings of NIMBYs, who people in position of power relent to in fear of losing their approval/vote.
But this one had nothing to do with nimbys, apart from the sale of their ground originally. This one was handed to them on a plate, and they managed to fail at it. But don't worry it will be someone else's fault.
They are already blaming Higgs saying Wealsel saw something he didn't like, probably that it would of costed more than the tent
I am baffled.. its Rovers turning this opportunity down and the UWE are baffled by their decision? I don't reckon the 6th richest club in the world have got any dough after all!
Can someone explain what this £10m loan Dwayne Sports have taken out against the Minimal, it's all over ' Gas Chat', if true that club is really in a bad way. http://gaschat.co.uk/thread/10074/companies-house
interesting quote from one of the mouth breathers on gas chat! "Just a shame they are stating Dwayne sports Are based in jersey as we lose the moral high ground some what with the red nonces" ****in hypocrites!
