thats neither klopp speaking nor shots of coutinho smiling or otherwise in training. hats a lad on twitter saying what gerrard might have said. like what carra might have said. the u18s coach is not a spokeman for klopp nor coutinho nor FSG
They only went back training yesterday. With regard to Carroll, Rodgers wanted him gone immediately he even said in his very first interview when asked 'there's a price on everyone' [paraphrased]. We knew he wasn't going to get a look in under Rodgers so nothing like Coutinho's 'injury'. Also this ..... please log in to view this image
Barcelona sending emails offering coverage of Coutinho unveiling on Friday - journalist BARCELONA are so confident of signing Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho that they are already planning for his unveiling at the Nou Camp.
Can you imagine the total meltdown at Soton and the Manc press if we acted like this? Good job they 'respect' us though - again, let's see just how much backbone FSG have got.
I know mate. I have no idea whether he's feigning injury or not, I'm not defending him, I just didn't see the logic of saying a player you don't want to sell has an injury. Klopp would be playing him so he has a chance of injuring himself - as every player does every time they play - and therefore won't be sold - makes more sense.
I think it's too late in the market to sell Coutinho. If they announce on Friday we have 20 days to try and find a player of similar ilk which would be hard to do.
Well Coutinho has said he would move if the offer could be done. We've stated the move cannot be done and isn't for sale so that should be the end of it.
You are all dead right but it still smells dodgy. As i said i think barca have offers a cheap deal thats not acceptable so far. Im not sure if our reds in germany can comment on dembele over there. Dortmund rarely entertain anyone but bayern beat on the constantly over contract. Barca's poblem is they have not prepared for this at all as coutinho signed our deal recently enough for them to have given the nod. It does smell very desperate from them at this point.
The club line could be his injured, whilst the reality could be he's said he doesn't want to play, same as Sigurdsson and VVD have done.
You know what sniffs like 3 day old socks? All the lfc pro journos pumping out the behaviour is impeccable. Frankly coutinho has never had a single issue anywhere in his life and is never unhappy why the club feel the need now to emphasise this point so much is interesting. There is at minimum someone in tbe commercial side of the business hedging his bets by taking the prime asset out of his activity... that cant be denied when you see boring james milner in the pic for western union. Id not buy a thing off him...bar a sleep easy mattress maybe.
If Saints accept his transfer notice in then he's for sale. If they reject then he's not. If Coutinho is desperate to move and hand one in then he's welcome to leave also.
