Interesting development, my understanding was that all players in Spain had to have a release clause by law, so that a player could leave if they wanted to. By not accepting the money la liga are effectively saying naymar is not allowed to leave barca no matter what, that in its self might be against Spanish law. La liga have no jurisdiction over French clubs, so it is not for then to say if PSG are breaking FFP, only UEFA or the French association could say that. Very poor from la liga in my opinion, just looks like they are trying to protect barca.
