Going into the the new season without a recognised left back is Sunday league. The Allams experience of football has been promotions and FA Cup finals they probably think it is easy. They will soon run when we are fighting relegation.
The biggest negative of Silva's reign is that it showed the boy blunder that you can be competitive on the cheap, Jan net spend of -12m, rely on loan signings and it almost worked, so the daft prick is trying it again this season

No idea how good Zeegelaar is, but he is a natural left back with a name we'll all constantly misspell until we agree to call him Marv so sounds pretty perfect.
Yes, after he turned down a loan move to Norwich. We've been linked with him on and off throughout this window, since at least 1st June.
I can guarantee I never said he wasn't good enough , because I've never heard of him and just had to google him
Personally we need a bit more experienced first team players. We've got quite a few in with very little first team experience. Needs to balanced correctly.
I agree , even with our own kids , it's nice to have them involved in squads and getting involved in cup games etc , don't want them to be the spine of your team tho
Your opinion maybe others said he wasnt all that Annnnnywaaaays Is there much in the rumour for sporting lisbon leftback, i read he was very reluctant to drop into the championship, but sporting have made it clear hes not part of there plans
