For the last couple of years, this has been Not So Glorious Goodwood. Placepot punters should just follow my selections—last year everything I backed came second, third or fourth. The last winner I backed was Toormore in the 2015 Lennox Stakes! Leaving the Lennox Stakes alone this year so I cannot be blamed for jinxing Dean Ivory’s runner. Last year I did Home Of The Brave – second. Just for the record, the last time Limato ran over 7 furlongs was last year’s Prix de la Forêt (1400m), which he won with Suedois three and half lengths third on good ground not the 2015 Park Stakes. Whilst Seahenge is the better drawn of the two principals in the Vintage Stakes it is hard to fancy him or Expert Eye at the prices.
