Was a little rat footballer (although he did brilliant as a player) but i've come to admire Gary Neville. I like the banter he has with the sky sports lads and just how down to earth he is that he would even meet up with the Arsenal fan tv lot. Now this https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...for-homeless-was-purely-the-right-thing-to-do
Never liked him as a player as he was a snide rat faced cnut but nice to see him giving something back to the community that put money in his bank. Good show you rat faced cnut
Technically I'd say he was lacking, but he more than made up for it in terms of leadership and his winning mentality. Players like him weren't along for the ride, they were integral parts of winning league title after league title. Brilliant player.
I agree he was important. I'd rate him a 7/10 to 7.5/10 player. Solid and reliable but I don't think i'd say world class.
He's my favourite pundit, He says it like it is, And he likes a laugh as well, Some of the stuff he comes out with make me laugh out loud.
