I'm sure we'd have loved to get our business done early but it's not always possible and generally depends on the selling/loaning club & the player

I know you're not allowed to say it cos everything is always perfect but could we be in for a relegation battle? It really doesn't look like we're going to have much of a squad at all. A potentially fit Mason playing below his level because of his injury is the only possible positive at this point.
Like Silva I think he was just happy to be given some kind of chance here even if it wasn't much of one. It is sounding like they are pocketing some money to make a sale of the club much cheaper.
We need a **** load of players to compete BUT does the championship look like it's got quality in it? I'd say NO! Keep Abel Fit and we have a chance! Losing robbo doesn't worry me but I'd hate to lose Sam! We do need to start getting bodies in sharpish though!
