Adel is good enough to adapt, but he needs time and a massive ego deflation. We'd probably be better off flogging him for anywhere near £10 million and getting a new back four in with Premiership experience. I fear that may stand us in better stead than the odd wonder performance from our boy Tarbs, as much as I hate to admit it.
