Really don't rate him mate - you should just keep Zouma IMO. But Rudiger is only 24 so could definitely improve with better coaching. Kouliably is levels above him.
Waste of a career if he's goes to Zenit but apparently he didn't turn up to the medical because of a dispute over wages (or maybe new offers coming in).
Quite a few people are concerned with prices which is understandable but we are getting players who will come straight into our first team and strengthens our spine which is what we needed. In addition, Keita and VVD will fill two massive positions which we havent adequately filled since Rafa's days. A CB and CM will go a long way in helping concede less as well. If we bring in a quality left back as well, then I'd say the summer has been a success. Someone like Ox would be a really good versatile option as well.
Klopp suggested that we might have to wait for the players at the beginning of the window to be fair. I hate it but looks like the club are playing the long game for the right players, waiting for the first big moves to spark the domino effect.... .....that, or they don't have a clue
Instead of VVD, why not go for Pique? Probably has something to prove after failing at Man u, is 30 so has plenty of time left and probably looking at 30 mil?
Well because he's 30, so only 4ish years at the top left. And you are aware after failing at Manu he kind of succeeded at Barcelona, so he aint leaving and they aint selling seeing as he a key player in their team. £30m, , yer right.
Ever since Puyol has left people have questioned him. I didn't say his whole career has been a failure, i just he may want to prove he can do it in the prem. what would you say he's worth?
Bookmakers Betfair appear confident Keita is Anfield-bound, with the 22-year-old now at even money to join Liverpool this summer. Naby Keita has agreed personal terms for a move to Liverpool, according to German football expert Lee Price. Price said: “I’ve heard Liverpool will definitely sign Keita and Red Bull are now just trying to get as much as possible for the player. “Keita caught Jurgen Klopp's attention immediately upon arriving in Germany - scoring the winner against Dortmund on his debut for Leipzig. “At the minute, Red Bull are playing hardball, but have already begun moves to replace Keita. “Personal terms have been agreed with the player, who will offer an energetic midfield option which is capable of dictating the play.”
Roma are tracking Liverpool left-back Alberto Moreno, according to Corriere dello Sport. Napoli have already seen a bid for the Spaniard turned down, but it is reported Roma discussed Moreno after selling Mohamed Salah to Liverpool. £15m and he's yours Roma
Bookies only take suckers cash. Evens on a player means nothing unless there's an odd betting pattern suggesting non suckers are piling on.
Moot point as he's not leave Barca and they wouldn't sell, especially not for £30m. Look at the prices Juve wanted for their CB, both of whom are 30+
Bookies stopped taking bets on VVD as it was 'done'. Doesn't mean anything really. Just means some fool put £100 quid on it so the odds have to drop as a result.
