I was going to invest, but didn't get round to it. glad I didn't now.

 

Fab will play the lions share again I hope .
Naughton , Fernandez , Mawson , Olsson will need to be knocked from a starting position . Fernandez has shakin off his 1st season without Williams . Mawson has his 1st season under his belt . If Mawson works on his defence a bit I can see these two as the regular CB's ..... We probably won't bring in another . I think Clement has Naughton and Olsson as his # 1 players at their position ... I suspect Clement will bring in a RB " Gem " with time to work on him .
Past that , it hard to say what will transpire in front of defence for transfers , depends who leaves I guess .

 

We need better than Naughton & Olsson as No1 defenders imo.....They are ideal as back up but if we dont strengthen then we will be just as weak as last season...

 

Frankly if we don't lose anyone dai , I'm of the mind we don't " Need " anyone but will upgrade if the " Deal is Right " in any position . We enter the transfer market without panic , which is a good thing .

 

We cant start the season without strengthening our defense, that is suicide and will be easy picking again for any opposition. We had one of the worst defense's in the premiership and the two that were worse are now playing championship football......We will join them if we dont get better players....We had better look for a striker or two also...

We are in need of another striker and RB, but if the rumours are to be believed then we may be in for a winger or two.

On a very positive note, Tabanau, Gomis, Montero, and Barrow are all on the way out according to Wales online........

 

Nowt wrong with Olsson, one of our better players.........

 

Further to this I see our American chief operating officer Chris Pearman in WOLhas reiterated that we do not want to sell Gylfi or our best players.
