not technically, if money has moved accounts they ARE on last years accounts so my point is if the next years accounts start july 1 it might make sense that city have lined up to do these first week or so to get them in the next season/years accounts.

IMO the last two sentences were demanded verbatim from Southampton. the giveaway is the "owner" that is far too specific. I would however love to know what sort of "evidence" is held back to blackmail this grovelling apology and not given to force a transfer ban.

I dunno cos if there's an impasse at the transfer decision making level its not good. If klopp is being told he can't have VVD due to the wording of an apology then I HOPE saints forced that exact wording so we could see an expensive pay off happening in 6-12months
