Hope you are right...something was wrong before, so hope MP2 (or whoever) gets the spirit back in the team. Any players souring the pot should be shifted and the team rebuilt. I think that the team is generally a good lot....but doesn't take too much to disturb the balance.
If he can speak a few words in "ingles" at the start, he will already have won over a few of the doubters.
