All that is going to happen is the landlord will end up paying double fees and to compensate rental properties will go up £25 per month. Estate agents get paid by both the tenants and the landlord.
A tenant should not have to pay an agent. It was the landlords choice to employ the services of an agent. And the rent will only go up if there is a shortage of rental property
