Coincidences abound. Leslie West from the band Mountain had one of his legs amputated below the knee (diabetic problems). He carried on too.

We need a backroom staff, we currently don't have one, but we are actively recruiting and not doing it publicly.

Chances are we are negotiating with players, just not doing it publicly.

Loans wise, the players we will be after have either just finished a tournament, playing in a tournament, or are on holiday.
Clubs other than Chelsea and Man city take their development players on tor with them , therefore they won't be ready for loans.

Or you can just be pessimistic and presume that the club is doing nothing, and are happy to accept a failure, and not learnt anything from last season

Agreed. We're going to be in danger of relegation if we don't start signing players soon. Everyone else is making moves and we're doing nothing.

Very, very interesting comments as your words imply that the continuation of the following are/were not mistakes:

- Changing the club's name against the wishes of the fans.
- Alienating kids, OAPs and the disabled.
- Kicking community groups (able and disabled) out of the Airco.
- No concessions.
- Forced evictions.
- Breaking up settled fans' groups.
- Constant silly broadcasts.
- Ineptitude in players' contracts.
- Ineptitude in sales/buying.
- Nonsensical membership scheme against fans' wishes.
- Nonsensical "earn your stripes" insults.
- Disgusting refusal to apologise for "die" comments.
- Pathetic PR.
- Constant crap about "24" hours and other such inane babble as saying we always keep our "word".
- Not spending Away Fans' Funds on City's away fans.
- No proper liaison with fans and fans' representatives.
- Going against FA/PL rules.
- etc, etc, ad nauseum.

Yes indeed, to "have confidence" our beloved leader and the sprog "don't repeat mistakes they make" is very, very interesting!!
