3.40 DOWNPATRICK- BEN BUTTON- 6/5 Ruby's only ride of the day which is surely a tip in its self and first run for Willie Mullins Good luck all
With 11 winners in the last three days, right now Silvestre de Sousa could win on a donkey from Cleethorpes beach, but you won’t get very rich on his two mounts – Margherita in the 8:20 and Tundra in the 8:50, both for Roger Varian. The gaffer’s nag only turned out on Wednesday and was over six lengths fourth over 11 furlongs on Kempton’s Polytrack. Apparently the jockey Robert Winston was very contrite afterwards as he missed the kick – despite being instructed to get a good position early – and ran on past beaten horses late in the race after trailing for most of it. As the horse appears none the worse for those limited exertions, ORITHIA is being turned out in the Lingfield 5:50, on preferred quicker ground and in a race where her opponents look moderate and lacking in recent form. The obvious wealth warning is that the horse’s best three performances have not been on turf.
17:30 Musselburgh - Popsies Joy e/w (Tough choice for my Saturday excursion. This is my cliff horse and could well be a bookie's pal too? Never mind. Disappointing this season, although was a bit unlucky in run at Beverley last day of May this year. Possibly unsuited by ground 8-days ago at Carlisle, but it was a poor run. The filly has won only once, in a handicap at Beverley in May, 2016, but at least the winning jockey was the same one who is on board today, namely, Duran Fentiman. Yard have been experimenting with equipment/headgear on her; at Carlisle LTO they tried blinkers and eyeshields, isn't that unusual? This time it's cheekpieces for the first time. So, to hell with it, I'll stick with the lass, as she is suited by distance and going and quite probably the track too, and ridden by a jockey who knows her well. Hope I can get at least 7/1). Good luck today, everyone!
DP 4.50-Shek O Lad win 9/2-Ran a credible second during the week at the Ros and runs of the same mark today.Former C&D winner which is a big positive at this course.Few in here with chances with 16 going to post so i'm hopefull rather than confident of a decent run.
With Royal Ascot next week, there are some mediocre offerings today and some impossible large fields at York’s charity meeting. That said, I do think that in the Sandown 3:50 LAIDBACK ROMEO will confirm previous running with Greenside on two pound worse terms, even though the latter is now favourite, has Ryan Moore booked and was deemed to have been unlucky that day. There is no reason why the in-form Clive Cox charge should not improve to win again.
Info Keep it to yourselves lads. You look like knobs when they do as today. I'd say it's rare any info on here actually wins. Harsh but fair. It's got to be costing some lemmings quite a lot of money.
Yep, definitely will from now on. Certainly not 'connected' with any racing people, just put up what I'm having a bet on, even had a winner or two on rare occasions . Just a bit of fun, on a Saturday especially, and always enjoyed the banter, but, after a Scheiss comment like that, no more! Goodbye, it's been great!
Bullshit info to be fair, cost me a ball of cash but sure who cares..this Heisenberg tool, Christ almighty for someone supposedly connected,, there is never a plot or story..'wins' my hole, bookie always wins
I never get info but I am grateful if anyone gets any. Win. Lose or draw. That's what this forum is about in my eyes. Keep it going fellas. Don't forget it's up to you if you put your hard earned on anything
Bit harsh Bob. Most of horses posted look like people's suggestions only two claim to be inside info and one of them won. People make their own mind up whether to back them or not. Does anyone really blindly follow tips without looking for themselves? Seems a silly way to bet if you ask me
I think people will blindly follow mate and I think it's unfair to keep giving them losers. Just my opinion. For instance, if a trainer has a 4% strike rate and is using a jockey with a 6% strike rate, they are more likely to be horrible at placing horses than they are capable of landing a punt. That's a crude example but it gets the gist across.
