All other things being equal it must be really hard for us to compete against London clubs for signings. Especially players who have no connection with the North.
In his last interview Slutsky was asked about it: -Is there a possibility that we'll see Golovin in Hull? -In Hull I think no. Club can't buy a player for such big money. -In Arsenal? -I don't know who is interested in him. He said that no such possibility but he meant buying. Maybe things changed and loan is possible. Although as user Rock'n'Roll says if CSKA sell him to Arsenal and gunners want him to play first season in other club on loan, CSKA would want Golovin to remain at the club for this season. In the other hand, it's up to Arsenal to decide where they want him to play on loan.
