I just think we still have this week to get a manager in place. Judging by the board appointments you'd hope we'd get a respectable qualified coach...

Regards to offloading players I'd imagine that will be on going behind the scenes with Orta taking care of that.

Personally I like how secretive its all been unlike in the past...

You could be right. you aren't but you could be.

Rad has briefed his plans to the press over and over ever since he arrived. Has he bought ER yet? Did he get Mont signed up?

Its not secretive.. There is NOTHING to tell.
As an example why did blabbermouth leak that we have a shortist of four and that Stam is on it................

Didn't he say he'd buy the stadium by the end of summer? Let me know if I'm mistaken but we're currently in June...

Give the man a bloody chance!

He originally said (like cellino before him) that he would buy the ground on the day he took over.
He also said the first thing he was going to do was sort out Monks contract.
All he has done so far is massively increase off field costs and Orta aint exactly filling anyone with joy given his previous. .
It's a bloody football Club the clue is in the title.
Get the coaching/playing side of the business sorted first then piss about with the make up of the board and freeloaders.

I can see why you're frustrated mate and I agree on the footballing side, I just wanna give him until the end of this week...

If we still don't have a head coach appointed then its panic stations...

Morning Elland on afters today so just sat around waiting for news.
who said it was not boring being a Leeds fan.that list makes grim reading for me.
would i take Pearson ? would he apply .
Morning Wakey. Leeds have taken giant strides forward in the last 12 months. I'd say we are a much more attractive proposition than let's say Hull. I know they have the parachute pay.ents but I can't see the team getting any of it

Morning all, Pearson I can't possibly see working with a director of football.

My money was on Clotet, now a new name is jumping up the bookies list every other day.

IF Stam is one of those and if we interview and decide no, where does that leave him with Reading? For that reason I think I'd rule him out unless he resigns shortly.

Karanka was the easiest option, already worked with the director and unemployed so the length of time it has taken I'm ruling him out too.
Morning ristac. I agree with u about Keranka. He would already be here if any truth in the rumours

morning gloomsters ... funny how it's these sh1t little "football news" web sites that keep coming up with a new name for the Leeds job ... that lazy cnut Hay at the YEP jumps on the bandwagon and claims EXCLUSIVE and ITK about shortlists and all sorts

truth is that NOBODY has actually heard Radz say anything about a manager ... Leeds have kept things nice and quiet, and rightly so ... Kinnear only started as CEO last Thursday, so interviews would have needed to be agreed and where a candidate is in a job, their club approached first

this Stam story is utter tripe, because Radz has not approached Reading ... it's another made up story that Stam's agent has jumped on to try and big up his Scum client for a Prem job ... funny how not even Boro or Sunderland considered Stam good enough for them

Leeds will have a manager in place by the end of this week, so no panic ... the management team will already have a list of target players drawn up, and transfer activity for all clubs will only really start to warm up after the international games and holidays ... signings start to happen from end of June once clubs know what players are thinking

the most important thing for me is Radz hasn't panicked after Monk's ungentlemanly u-turn ... he could easily have acted impulsively and got the wrong manager in just because, but he's remained calm and clearly put a recruitment process in place to ensure Leeds get the best possible candidates in for talks ... Radz will want to ensure whoever comes in understands his vision for Leeds, and the huge responsibility and pressure the job brings

as for who I want as manager, well I have no clue who's on the shortlist, so may as well wait and see ... it is funny though to see a new name pop up every hour on twitter ... even funnier is Wood going to Huddersfield for £15m

Our new senior management team appears to be a coalition of chaos (did you see what I did there).
This is like the last two seasons but worse! We appear utterly rudderless.
Players agents will be getting their guys shipped out en masse at this rate.
Morning Hipster. Once the new manager is in place I'd expect things to slot into place pretty quickly. Rad is taking his time but I'd rather he makes the right appointment

Hope over experience IMO...
Others said we would have had a manager lined up when Monk first left
