Disappointed that we released Anita. If funds are low that we are taking players on loan then surely keeping Anita would have been sensible? A player who can play at RB and in midfield. And in Sameobi, we have released a player of the same quality of player we have just spent £6M on. Crackers!
Pretty sure Rafa has considered this so he must be confident we are getting players in who are better than those going out.

Yes, he was good last season and always decent in the Prem, very surprised hes been released, if Rafas let him go we must surely have a very good signing lined up. Seriously, Atsu is on the same level. Only difference is Sameobi is gangly. Also, Atsu couldn't oust Gouffran. Gouffran is not good enough to be back up. Therefore Atsu is worse than back up.
Atsu adds skill and flair to the team, Sam Am lumbers around like an elongated donkey, all he has going for him is his strength, he cant pass straight, loses the ball constantly and cant score for ****. As much as we want o continue the Ameobi legacy, hes no Shola.
I think Sammy has done well for himself and has managed to get the most out of his ability by working hard and always giving it his all. Atsu hasn't got there yet but probably has more ability. I suspect we have paid £6 million for that potential. Time will tell if it was £6 million well spent.
The Atsu free kick against Cardiff just shows he has something beyond the average, Sammy for all his bluster is not a player that you would consider achieving that, Sammy could carve himself a good Championship career and should look to do that, him and Anita would be reasonable pick ups for the neighbours considering they can't afford any transfer fees.
