    If he's going because he wants to leave why is he due any, surely a club should be paying us compensation.
    If we want him to leave we should pay him compensation, but that's what gets me. I don't think he deserves to be pushed just yet.

    Even if both parties feel it isn't working out, I can see a financial settlement being reached so that the parting is amicable on both sides. Everyone is happy and no harsh words. A pay out gives him the chance to spend time looking for a job he wants, because as many have said he doesn't deserve the sack.
