    i cant help but feel that Carrol said to Nolan i want to leave and Nolan must of tried to talk him out of it, just cant see his reasoning in this move, why not wait 6 months? i cant fathum this move at the moment.

    and skysports have just said that this carrol move was good for a long sufering club

    liverpool 2 years of suffering isnt long, try 6 years + and then we'll see who is long suffering

    I dont get why Carroll would want to leave, I know it's more money for him but it's not as though we pay him pennies now (how would you even spend 80k every week?!), and now he is hated by his own people and is joining a club in decline, having left an ambitious club heading for a possible European spot.
