Championship should be interesting next year. The 3 relegated teams are ****, so don't see them coming back up. Means it should be down to, Sheff Weds, Fulham, Reading and Leeds.

I prefer TNG to the originals as well.

 

Yeah, I do. I'm old enough to have enjoyed the original stuff with Shatner etc. but TNG took it to another level

 

Like the films though, especially the one with the whales. I went to the pictures to see that, and the scene where they slingshot around the sun was up there with the Leonov* air-braking in 2010, and Dave Bowman in the monolith in 2001.

* He's no longer coming to do a lecture next month. btw. Cernan did the same thing last May and died six months later, but I'm crossing my fingers.

 

Having watched the originals, I was looking forward to TNG, but after a while I went off it. I thought it was bogged a bit down by 80's political correctness.
And too many "aliens" who just looked like humans with skin complaints.

 

as opposed to the lizard-heads in the Originals.
