    We were well drilled and defended really well, but Liverpool were dire. One man team (Mane) other than Coutinho who was very poor.

    We offered nothing going forwards, in these games though we really need to exploit the set pieces we get.

    A point against Liverpool at Anfield is a cracking result, and we played really well!

    Very pleased for Forster. Some fans have been on his back because of a drop off in form. Form comes back. Do people honestly think that better keepers than Fraser are queuing up to join us.

    Bollocks. You need video technology for incidents like that. It happened so quickly and the margins so fine that it is virtually impossible to call that in real time.

    For a team with nothing to play for and on their holidays, Saints seemed to be trying a bit too much. Great to do the double, treble, whatever over Liverhampton. Did I really see Boufal defending?

    Naturally, some of the twitterati are upset with our defensive tactics. Which makes it even sweeter.

    I said 6 points before this for 47 points, if we can have that one for free and get to 48, we should be good for 8th.
