    Get in lads.

Yes you're already relegated but it is better late than never. The last few games matter as they can set a tone for the summer and as Moyes is staying he needs to get as many players/ fans on board as he can. A few people have tried to compare this season with your 15 /19 points but this team would comfortably beat those.

Go on and beat Swansea too, then start next season on the front foot.

I wouldn't solely judge entertainment at a football match based on goals scored...

Nor would I but in the Burnley game (for instance) one team took the lead, the other then equalised before then taking the lead themselves before finally the home team came back to equalise late on.

Pretty sure for a neutral that 99 times out of a 100 that beats a standard 2-0 where one of the goals was offside, on a purely entertaining basis.

For what its worth I also thought it would be the Burnley game and was a bit surprised to see us on again, I watched the whole 90 mins tho' and thought the spine of the team played well, particularly N'Dong and Denayer and we will be fine if we can build on this ( assuming they are still available that is). Our failings are down the flanks, both full backs, and even more so the two wide men, look like fish out of water and should be played in their correct positions or replaced in the summer imo.

You are still just talking about goals, though. I've seen some cracking 0-0 games. You can get exciting games that are full of skill and quality, dodgy decisions that change games, penalties, great tackles, shots that have hit the woodwork on numerous occasions...

That was a meaningless game so the entertainment may have been better not the tension and excitement.

Of course you can get exciting 0-0 games and games where there's a lot of tension making them exciting. On average I'd argue a game where the ebb and flow is marked by goals is more exciting though, I appreciate you guys have been a bit starved of them recently - perhaps you've forgotten :p

True enough, since Newcastle went down again 3-0 wins have been much harder to come by .....

swings and roundabouts. Both clubs have probably got a few prickly years ahead but long-term I'm not worried (perhaps incorrectly!)
