Real are reportedly eyeing a shock swoop for Liverpool star Georginio Wijnaldum.
Los Blancos had hoped to sign Chelsea’s Eden Hazard, but he appears to be out of reach.
And according to Italian news outlet Tutto Mercato Web, Real have already held talks with the player’s agent.
Wijnaldum joined the Reds from Newcastle last summer for £25m.

Because if you're trying to sign a quick winger who scores goals and can't get him... you instead line up a CM who doesn't score many goals. Great logic <laugh>

slightly unfair to windy.

they guy socred 40 league goals in 109 matchs for PSV winning leagues form CM. that includes a total season of 14, 20, 4 (injured) and 18... so he doesn't get goals?? he socred 11 league goals for worst newcastle side going....

the reality is he probably hasn't done as well as he wanted to and prob had a target of 10 goals in his first season for us... oh and he is turned 27 next season.... in prime.

I personally would sell him if he got a mega offer but thats just me. I like him but i don't love his away form. He is a good player and suits us IMO.

I think he should score about 10 a season for us but for terrible away form in fornt of goal.

I like Gini and he's playing in a diff role which won't get him as many goals to be fair.

Just odd saying if we don't get Hazard we'll go for Gini... 2 totally diff players. It's like trying to sign Sanchez and ending up with Balotelli! <yikes>

he played CM for PSV though.

I agree however it is odd and doesn't particularly make any sense.

the only way it makes any sense is kross or modric were leaving and lets be clear he's not a patch on them is he

Different in Dutch league though. Plus was probably more attacking CM than he is for us.

It's going to be a tough call for Diego Costa this coming transfer window...Does he sell out,get rich playing in a soulless Stadium full of wealthy fans with no football knowledge?..

Or go to China?..

heards its around 70 odd million squids.

Think that's a pretty good deal myself. he's 28 and i think his past his peak after all his previous injuries. I don't think he was as fast as he was at atletico and since his head has turned, he's been pretty ineffective.

Not sure how i feel about Morata, i would prefer Bellotti. Not sure on lulu either.

Yeah hes a complete cock basically.

Shove him out an buy lucky.

Everton just gave coleman a 5 year deal

So i know he is too good for them but... serious leg break... hes 28 and will be 29 in october.... wow... better hope hes not a busted flush.

Seems to me thats nice and loyal and family and that.... But god.. he will be 34 when this ends and giving him top wages.

He is prob well chuffed.

That's a pretty ridiculous decision. Sure 3 years, 5 though after that injury. That's obscene. Saying that though Everton have been known to let their defenders age at their club.

Unsworth, Stubbs, Distin, Jags all playing past their mid 30s!
