That's absolute tosh! They didn't comfortably beat Stoke, they were very fortunate that Arnautovic missed that penalty. Even the Swansea fans said they were lucky to win that game as Stoke were on top and they believed that they'd have gone on to win it if they scored that penalty. Man Utd should have been out of sight with the number of chances they had. They're showing a lot of gritty determination to scrape out results, but they certainly aren't a team in form.

In fact if Man U win the Europa Cup (thereby qualifying for next seasons CL) that could extend to 8th place. Which should in theory then give teams like West Brom, Southampton etc a bit more to play for in their last few games.
