Nothing but "pride" and with the pressure gone, individual players showboating their skills to potential Premier league teams. Unshackled and free to play free flowing football? OR On-the-beer, don't care anymore, a good tonking by the Tigers to convince the powers that be that Moyes needs to go now and not drag them through a summer of discontent.

    See,I don't get that.

How did Moyes suddenly turn ****?

Before the Man U disaster, he was a pretty decent manager. Never gonna set the world alight but did a good job with relatively little to play with.

    What happened?

It's simple, we have to maul them because whichever Sunderland turn up they'll still be easier than our last 2 games.

We need 3 points and if we can improve our GD versus Swansea then all the better.

Agreed. Show no mercy. Put them to the sword. Harry to mark Defoe out of the game.

The man following Fergie was always going to fail. No matter who they were.

Yes- unless you would prefer to play them fighting for their lives?
We need to accord them all due respect in terms of Defoe etc, but really we need to be 100% focused on smashing them while they are in disarray. If we are focused and not complacent, we can get a 2-0 or 3-0.
Mark O'Silver will know this already and have them bang at it.

I'd like to think they'll still be **** when they come to us, but rally round to put in a decent performance in their final home game, against Swansea. This would obviously be great for us!

He has had quite the fall from grace though. In his interviews he looks completely lost and completely devoid of ideas.

Don't think his stint in Spain helped either. He just seems to be damaged goods now.

Totally agree - his complexion looks grey. He doesn't look a well man in all honesty.

    Ye agree with this.
He'll regret taking the Man U job till his dying day.
Seems to have sucked the life out of him.

It should be a good time to play them, they don't have a new manager and so should be the usual Sunderland.

While we lost to already relegated Burnley a couple of years back that was because we played utter ****e rather than because Burnley were any good.

To be fair glp I think we'd all struggle with that squad. He should never have taken it

Silva brought quite a few players in during January.
