Fair play to Southampton. They've done their homework. The header that Maguire scored against Boro, Ndiaye obstructed (fouled) a Boro player allowing Maguire the space for a free header. Not going to let it happen to them.

Nice bit of dominance in the first half, I'm surprised how Southampton have sat back & let us play. Let's hope we can get something in this second half. Although pre match I'd have taken a point, but now they look like they're there for the taking.

I'd have Abel and Tom on from the restart. A bit of composure in midfield and 2 running at this centre back pair will reap dividends.
Getting people in the box like at the end of the half could create a chance, that's our best hope probably.
