Feck it, I'm going to throw some dosh toward Pravalaguna @ 6/1 here. She's a type who may well bounce back and is learning all the while. Just don't like this fave and feel she's worth taking on in this Mares event. The way the season has gone it's bound to Be Elliott's beating all of Willie's up!
She won well. Ruby kept it simple which I always like on the best horse. Mullins hardly going to reel the Gordon in is he ???
Dead Right stayed on well there, picked up nice and kept on. Bit of a punt landed there as well by the lads.
I forgot Patrick was on board...! Tell me again, why do you fellas rate him? Looks all over the place to me!
You're clutching at straws blaming the jockey there stick. Horse wouldn't a won no matter who was on him!
Can't say I've ever exerted a strong opinion of his ability. He regularly rides super horses and wins. I think he would tell you himself he isn't a fantastic rider but he plays a huge part in the training of them and his father is a staunch supporter of bumper riders being for amateurs only and Paddy isn't going to turn his nose away from all that goes with that.
True, but he never looks the best jockey in any bumper race! Dont know how anyone could possibly have backed that!
He gets schooled by the better guys over here, as he did in last nights finale but your post did seem to squarely lay the blame on him for that one! He's a good enough amateur, but if he's not from the front on a strong stayer he rarely seems to win. Should have booted that horse on from the get go but he did look slow at Cheltenham even though he got 4th.
