    Januzaj set for Fenerbache move?
Both the Daily Express and Turkish outlet Takvim are reporting that Manchester United may have agreed a deal with Fenerbache to loan Adnan Januzaj to the Turkish side next season, with a view to a permanent move if the Belgian winger impresses suitably.

Januzaj has failed to contribute sufficiently since arriving at Sunderland last summer and has scored just one goal, the winner in our League Cup third round victory over League One side Shrewsbury Town.

Upon arriving at Sunderland, Januzaj spoke of his wish to use the loan move to further his career as a Manchester United player, and whilst his ambitions were admirable it would be fair to say that he has ultimately failed in his task, and that due to the ineptitude shown across the majority of his Sunderland performances he is likely to have impressed nobody at Old Trafford - in particular Jose Mourinho, who has a squad already well-stocked with capable wide players.

Regardless, Januzaj will not be a Sunderland player next season and with our fate all but sealed, it makes very little sense for David Moyes to continue using him when he has other players that will likely form part of our squad in the Championship - namely Lynden Gooch and Joel Asoro - available and ready to make an impact in our remaining league fixtures.

about time we need to see what Asoro can do with a few games under his belt

Even this news wouldn't surprise me if Moyes continued to use this useless piece of **** for the last few games as he seems obsessed with him.

We'll see plenty of Asoro but dropping Defoe while we're not mathematically safe would be professional suicide. Moyes would be lynched.

Khazri, Defoe and Big Vic has to be the way to go with our front three imo or Defoe and Vic in a front two.

Asoro is just a kid, he's struggled to score this season with the U23s. The article is a load of ****, can't get his position right and lumping pressure on someone who's nothing more than a prospect at present.

I've had plenty of argumentative responses from that Manure fan on here every time I post about Januzaj but I will say it again, he's absolutely useless!

Offered nothing at Man Utd apart from his first 2 games (similar to Macheda) done nothing at Dortmund and was shipped back and I don't think anyone would have complained if we done the same in January.

To be honest I thought it was a bit of a coup when we signed him, I think the general consensus on here was that he was a ten to fifteen mil player and would help us out in attack. Unfortunately he just doesn't have the stones for it and our ultra conservative setup didn't help him one bit. Just didn't work out.

The one I'm pissed off with is Moyes for continuing to start him ahead of better and more willing players. If his hand was forced by a contract clause then ok but I don't believe that personally.

    Khazri >> Januzaj

Can't say for certain that Januzaj wont come good at some point as he clearly has it in him but for you this season Khazri has been better in the small moments he has and it's lunacy he hasn't been playing instead. Totally nuts.

Khazri was better at the weekend than Januzaj has been all season - but he hasn;t been in the small bits we've seen of him this season - Khazri has shown no drive, determination or effort to say to Moyes "You have to pick me next week" except for Saturday - even a 10 minute cameo should give you the drive to prove someone wrong - not saying Januzaj has been better - he hasn't - but he also hasn't been worse

Januzaj is ****. I knew the second I saw him play first home game of the season against Boro that he was no good for us.

I can't believe you still think this. In all those cameos you must take into account the rest of the team and JD especially were 80 minutes deep into getting thumped again with dropped heads. You can't expect him to do it all alone surely? What do you want the lad to do? His effort in all sub appearances have at the very least matched The Belgian waffles and that **** gets picked every week so the only reason he hasn't played is because he hasn't been picked. This whole debacle is one of the key reasons were going down, I'm not for one second suggesting we'd have stayed up if he'd had Janazaj's playing time but I'm absolutely certain we'd have been better in possession and going forward even if just a little bit. For me there is no excuse, case or reason for Khazri not to have played at Januzaj'expense the lad proved his worth last year and has been **** on by the club.

Kevin Ball said in a interview about players coming in "if you work hard the fans will love you no matter how good you are but if you have ability but dont work hard they will see you as a wasted talent" this sums up the waste of a loan we took on

Isn't that exactly what I said in my post? He hasn;t looked very good in his appearances for us - if you come on after 80 minutes and have his ability than show it - he hasn;t!

As for "getting humped" what about the Liverpool and Burnley games? Both of which he looked disinterested - Watford away he made zero impact when we were 1-0 down as he made little effort or difference - much like Januzaj. I reckon Saturday was just an "up yours" to Moyes - he knows he's leaving so puts in the effort so it looks bad for the gaffer. You and I don;t see him in training - if he tosses it off in training why should he be picked regardless of ability? Surely you'd expect a player to work for their place. I've never once said Januzaj should be ahead of him - far from it - but I am not certain we'd be better in possession simply due to a complete lack of effort from him prior to the weekend

He started against Shrewsbury in the cup and their players looked better than him!

I said at the start of the season that I would have preffered Lens to have been given a chance. Januzai is Port Vale standard at best. No offence to Port Vale. The c*nt is effin useless.

That's it in a nutshell imo if dour daves faith in Januzai was the same for Khazri we'd have been a lot higher in the league. Moyes is dour with no motivational skills and an absence of positive tactical awareness. Hope Catts can organise and gee up the players as he did against WHU

I thought at least we'd get a few goals out of him but all he seems capable of is cream puff shots straight at the keeper.

Januzai is one of the main reasons why we will be going down. Absolutely rubbish he is. People say Khazri is hit and miss , that's much better than miss miss miss every week. Moyes keeps saying that januzai is a tremendous talent. I wonder what at though , darts, snooker, chess?
