Self explanatory I think... Leon not match fit and past his best as we have all seen when he is replaced for not at his best and Fulton who in my view should be playing first team football anyway......We need our fittest side from now on in....

Care to be explain how Fulton is match fit? We can all see what happens to our midfield when Leon doesn't play too.

Come on valley take those rose tinted glasses off with Leon's capabilities today.....Managers dont play him because he is easily dealt with these days as we have seen ......Watford and Hull will be rubbing their hands with glee if we play him and Watford will target his weakness all day long......His job is in the dressing room giving advice how he would play the game a couple of seasons ago....

Dai you never cease to amaze, your postings on Leon remind me of the time when he was coming back from his short spell with Sheffield, and you didn't want him back then, because he was past it!!

Yet here he is still in his shorts on the bench most of this season, how many times have you written off Leon?

You don't half make me laugh you really do, what you don't understand is that Leon will sweat blood to get us out of this dogfight we are in, shame the rest of the players are not like Leon, if he starts tomorrow, he'll be one of the best players on the field, But your too dull to understand that............ <ok>

This is 2017 dragon and not when Leon was at the peak of his game......Why do you think managers don't pick him ? ....How many games has he played in the last 3 seasons.? Not many and why do you think that is i wonder.......Is it because he is our best midfielder today or is it because he has lost the ability to keep up with the younger players of the opposition who easily muscle him off the ball ....They would not have been able to do that years ago that's for sure.....We have to be realistic like all our managers have been and accept Leon's best place now is in the dressing room encouraging and giving expert advice....Fair enough if we never had any option but to play him but it will be a risky ploy that watford would target and the position we are in we can't afford any mistakes as our premiership status depends on it....

Our managers aren't picking him because they haven't a ****ing clue. He is still better than Fer, Ki, Carroll and Cork, even though he is past his best.

Absolutely! Dai is hung up on his age, yet I bet he runs the socks off Fer, Ki, and Cork in training, trying to get through to Dia, is like educating Rita!..........<laugh>

Well I know that Leon should be playing and that Gylfi is not a winger and should be playing in the number 10 position, something which our previous 3 managers failed to see. I also wouldn't have stuck Fer at RB against Spurs when we had 2 defenders on the bench too <ok>

On my way to the ground, might leave the car running outside...if the play like last week am making a dash for it.

I agree on Leon. May be just what we need. The man is a little tiger.

If Clement doesn't go all out for the win we've had it.

I'd defiantly have Leon start ahead of Fer. Agreed, he will not last much more than 50-60 mins and might be considered a bit of a luxury....but he would inject some much needed tempo into our play, something clearly missing over the last few weeks. We need to try something different that's for sure and one thing with Leon is that he will fight and give everything

Is that with a hosepipe from the exhaust pipe in through the window?

(apologies if that's in bad taste)
