just awful. Lumping up to Smith was our only plan and they had flint who won nearly everything. Same as the game against Brighton. Where is the managers homework. city are dodgy at the back against pace so what do we do...set up defensively at them come onto us with no pace upfront to counter Furlong was our only bright spot Manning not good enough Onohua not good enough Luongo Not good enough No width our tactics took the midfield out of the game. We really miss Hall. Holloway must have seen that starting formation didn't work last week. So he repeats it again with the same result. Holloway not good enough

I don't think it needs particularly extraordinary results now Blackburn won and we don't look to have a goal in us. Apart from that is, from the one player you keep saying isn't a football player!
This result has bad timing written all over it. After 3 losses on the run the team had to show us something, I'll wait for the 'highlights' to see what it was. Starting to not care as much about style when we should have used the much talked about 'experience' today. ****ing Bristol City. I've got that feeling again. It's true though. Blackburn still have to play Bristol who also still have to play Birmingham who also still have to play Burton etc etc. They can't all win.
Pretty sad state of play when that's what we're now relying on. That brief period when had some fight, playing better & picking up points has become a distant memory.
