Or so it seemed watching Final Score on BBC1. Also they mentioned that in a recent poll 46% of Arsenal fans wanted Wenger out.

Pressure is on! Is the tide turning on Wenger and, if so, how will he respond?

I think that booing Wenger is very unfair considering everything he has done for your club, however something needs to change if you are to push on from Champions League qualifiers to title contenders/winners.

 

Like what? Bringing in Mourinho and letting him spend £100m per off-season?

 

I'm not saying you should replace Wenger, but he needs to loosen the purse strings a bit. Arsenal's board have, on several occasions, let it be known that there is money to spend but Wenger won't spend a penny more than he has to. It results in the club missing out on some good players.

He also needs to "change" his philosophy and get a better mix of youth and experience rather than relying largerly on young players with potential.

Finally he needs to strengthen certain areas of the team without being so concerned about harming certain players' development.

 

Seeing as the first game is on right now, when was this then?

 

They showed him being booed by, what looked like, Arsenal fans as he entered the stadium.

 

It might have been Newcastle fans.
