Tomorrow feels bigger now. We got to fight for everything. That may well be the difference. A contested 50/50 or a throw in, fight for everything.
Going to be a tough fixture. With Dann being injured; this gives us a slightly more hopeful chance of scoring; so we can get a point from this as I would be surprised if we can keep a clean sheet tonight. Boufal injured again, he's having more impact on the physiotherapy team than the first team...
The Midlands Massive is getting ready to start the journey south with a nice stop over in the City after the game. Think we might need a beer or two after the game (and before) COYRs
http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/sa...___and_tries_to_forget_Palace_howler/?ref=mac Forster talking about his form this season. Says it's been a strange season where one chance goes in....he's right about that, about time we had the one chance go in for us. Says he doesn't dwell on mistakes...all people make them, but goalies' ones result in goals. It's a shame that some fans can't realise that and get behind the man.
Never helps if he is criticized by fans during the game but his form has been poor pretty much all season and that's not down to luck or chance - even where he made some decent saves like on the weekend he made a number of poor decisions in the first half to commit himself at crosses/corners including one where he managed to punch our center back!
He is our main keeper and he will play every game that he is fit. The manager can criticise him in private and plan for a replacement (if he feels necessary), but makes no sense for fans to get on his back as said.
How do you know it isn't going to be an absolute goal-fest? Apart from the obvious that Saints are playing and Gabbiadini isn't!
Even if Chelsea v city is a goalless draw they will be on first.... Then the Liverpool game, then Arsenal.....I will take a 4-0 home win and on last please.
I'm actually buzzing for this evening. After so long with so few games it's nice to have some in quick succession. Going for 2-1 Saints. Jay and Nathan to score.
