Elmo doing the presser with Marco today...

“It was a great result and a massive three points for us on Saturday. Everything changed in the second half.”

“Marco is different, Ive worked with about 16 or 17 managers and they are all different. You can see the results hopefully we can keep going and stay in the Premier League this is the main thing.“

“Sometimes a change is better for everything and it was a perfect scenario and hopefully we can keep going until the end of the season.“

“I think he believes in what he's doing, hes been at big clubs and this is good for him as a manager and for us a players. It is something new for us but it is working very well.“

“I think it's a good achievement for the manager himself. Hopefully we can extend that, it's definitely the key for us to stay up.“

“These games are like cup finals now. It's going to be a massive game for us.“

I'm not sure why Elmo does these interviews, he speaks in cliches and never says anything interesting, so I'll wait for Silva's before updating again.

“It was really important win on Saturday, and now we have to back that up tomorrow night.”

“Its important to be out of the relegation zone at the end of the season. If you go out of the zone it s a good signal.“

“We'll see but really when I prepare the games, I prepare all of the games to win, not only at home. Great numbers of course give to us confidence. Of course our team play more comfortable at home but it also important we improve away.“

“I expect Middlesbrough to come here to fight and compete. They are in a similar position to us in the table. We will have to be very good to win the game tomorrow. ”

”We have the problem with Omar (back injury), Tom is suspended and Mbokani. The other players are ready for the match. The most important is know the system, our intensity and performance is the most important.”

”We believe more it is normal. One team in the first 20 games picked up 13 points and now in the last 10 we do 14, that gives us confidence. But we didn't win nothing, we need stay in the fight and keep our focus.”

”It is important they (Grosicki and Markovic) have a good impact in the second half and that is why they came to the club. The two wingers only came in January to the club and they have started to improve and I hope the last game give confidence in both.”

Sounds like the randy little get's out again then. Shame because I think he's better than Elmo in a 4-4-2 and he links with Markovic well.

    I'd go either:
    Jakupovic
    Elmo Rannochia Maguire Robertson
    N'Diaye Clucas
    Markovic Evandro Grosicki
    Niasse

    or
    Jakupovice
    Elmo Rannochia Maguire Robertson
    Markovic N'Diaye Clucas Grosicki
    Niasse Hernandez

    Depending on Evandro's fitness levels

I think Evandro has been a massive loss since he's been out. Too many times we are too stationary in the final third and don't offer the player with the ball an option but have always found that Evandro is more then willing to take the ball wherever he is on the pitch. Even if he just lays it off to someone else, it at least keeps the ball moving and the opposition thinking as opposed to our defenders having no option! Also think he will be a massive help in away games as again he is always keen to get hold of the ball and gives us that natural link between attack and defence.

Yes I think he's a cracking player. Very calm and intelligent. He'll be an important player in the run in because of that.

I'd be amazed if Evandro stats, he's far more likely to be on the bench.

He can come at half time when we're 3-0 up. :emoticon-0112-wonde

Evandro wasn't up to 90 mins when he was fully fit so I can't see him doing more than 45 now.

Plus when he's closing down and tackling he's a nasty little ****er. Which means I like him even more.
