Well last season I thought it was a bit embarrassing from your fans to do it to us when you needed to get your own house in order. This time its the same in reverse, we should be focused on supporting our own team, promotion is far from guaranteed yet.
I actually thought most Sunderland fans were pretty reasonable last season, in the main it seemed to be relief rather than mockery.

I guess it's fair enough. Just hope for there sake we are mathematically down before they do it or that could get rather embarrassing.
Majority of us agreed at the time mate, we were hardly in a position to gloat, having stopped up by the skin of our teeth for the 14th season in a row.

I've taken the view for several years that the Jawdee fans are a complete irrelevance to football outside the Geordie nation.
