Perfect result for us that. Best Bournemouth and Chelsea win against city would give us 4 point lead over city having played 1 more.

i couldn't believe what i read earlier. the title is long since over. its simply a matte rof degree of belief in cheslea and beleif in them winning most games is high

All 3 direct rivals below us dropped 2 points. Great weekend really and Chelsea losing may help for Wednesday. They will not want to lose 2 home games In a row and will be right up for game

LFC must win their games now. We are competing directly with UTD for 4th. arsenal IMO now are out of it. If we get ahead of city for 3rd or spurs for 2nd great... wonderful but the first job is to realise Utd have 2 games in hand and 4th is not secured. We just have to win our own games from here.

If city **** it up by the numbers and let utd take 4th even better for us. As long as with 2/3 games to go 4ths is a lock i will be very happy about our recovery.

This was a great season up til january then it turned to a poor one. To get a consolation like 4th from there is good and helps going forward somewhat but our club needs to step up off the park too. we will never know if 2/3 players could have made the difference.

5 game form = 2 points/game = 16 more = 75points
10 game form = 1.5points/game = 12 = 72 points.
season form = 75 points

the mark of a side now is what they put out of the bag i nthe run in. These numbers mean little to anything but are a target. 75 for us would require utd to get 76 due to GD. thats 2.3 points per game or 23 points out of 30 which gives them a small bit of scope to hope but very little

If LFC don't beat 75 i would actually be dissappointed. If we can get into a mindset that it matters now I would be happy. I don't think we've mentality throughout the squad so this is a big test.

8x3 = 24 points
6x3 = 18.

So if we only get 16 thats 5-1-2 record for rest of season. given they games they are and who they are against (as in half them will be thinking about where to go on hols on team bus)
