What a ****ing joke!!! He has us to finish 16th. Below.the likes of Wolves and Blackburn!!!! Is he having a laugh or what? He is also predicting that Bolton will be relegated and Qpr won't. He also mentions how we know have a much weaker team than last season. The man doesn't have a ****ing clue.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Zat Knight (CB) will be playing Left-Back while Paul Robinson (LB) will be playing RCB.

I've learnt not to listen to other people when it comes to predictions.

Bolton and Newcastle appear to have progressed but to stay either will go down is just stupid. What chances of Cahill staying Bolton 4 Europe?

Coyle keeps saying time and time again that nobody has contacted him about Cahill, despite the strong rumours.

Therefore, I feel that atm, he will be staying for now. Though I think he may go at the last minute, and have a situation where we are a CB down.

If Cahill goes and is not replaced straight away, we are not as doomed as people think. Yes, we will get thrashed by the likes of Man Utd and Chelsea, but Wheater and Knight are perfectly good enough to keep us up in the Premier League <ok>>

Predictions mean **** all. The guardian had us down to finish 20th when we won the Championship with Sheff Utd winning the league and Boro finishing 2nd! <doh>

  12. Don't listen to the experts. A load of them were saying we'd have to spend 40-60 million to stay up last season <doh>

I've predicted us to finish 16th so that's all applicable to me as well. :D

It really baffles me that some supporters see a prediction of 9th as being more realistic than one of 16th. When Carroll left a lot of people (myself included) said it was alright that we'd lost a quality player because we had the money to make big improvements to the team. If someone had started a thread then saying they hoped for Nolan and Enrique to be sold and Barton placed on the free transfer list, with Cabaye, Marveaux, Obertan and Ba coming in with a net spend of -£6m they'd have been slated and rightly so, we've gone massively backwards and some people just won't see it.

So if last season's squad was the same one that got us relegated, and this season's squad is weaker, then by these 'expert' pundits' expectations we should surely come 19th or 20th?
