I never understood that. He changed his avatar to one of Tony Adams, but not the one that was agreed upon. Why do that? Makes no sense, if you were going to have Tony Adams anyway, then change it to the one that was agreed.
Who would finish higher, Spurs or Arsenal. HIAG thought he had it in the bag when he came out with his now infamous wum **** up quotes about Arsenal never finishing above Spurs again and him not wanting praise or recognition for predicting it right etc ... Then they went and ****ed it up and thus followed the biggest bottle job ever from HIAG.
You'd have to ask old HIAG about this, Bodi, but I will give you my slant on it all. I think it was one massive wind-up. The old HIAG was always looking at ways of "hooking little fishes" (that's what he used to call it), and with avatar-gate he devised an ingenious method of hooking practically every wumster on this site with a single catch! It was majestic; and I think that none of us can doubt that he did it with a rakish twinkle in his eye. Do I condone what he did? Of course not. He made an utter fool of so many people, Bodi, and I can never condone that, no matter how much of a masterstroke he managed to pull off.

I can't move again. I've moved so much my DBS takes about a year to come back. I need to stay put in sunny Weymouth. I take it (hoping) you're not coming down for your summer trip?
Will do again at some point but not this year. Won't be going anywhere this year, will be too busy (and skint) with the house move
