Season looked so good for Mr Tizzard a couple of months back didn't it. I've had bugger all luck today but going to have one more dart with what's not to like in 5.00 at Kempers

I wonder if the panic of yard form meant they didn't go as hard up front with Native River?

I wonder what we can expect from the enigmatic SEE THE WORLD today. Talent and quirkiness in abundance!

I suspect Wayne Barnes won't be taking his holiday in Tenby this year. The Welsh didn't like him before the game today.

Oooft. That wasn't expected! Very disappointing.

I'm sure Liz will find some reason but I'd say he's just not very good based on that run, the Elliot horse seems to have improves immeasurably from their meeting lto. Ground perhaps.

Did anyone just see the finish to the 5:45 at Wolverhampton, quite a close finish but looked like the favourite Par Three had got up by what looked like a short head. Photo finished called and the other horse was announced the winner by a nose. Stewards inquiry has been called, I'm not sure what for, if it's to review the photo (if that's allowed) or to deal with the 3rd horse being squeezed out on the rail. Didn't have a bet in it so have no interest in that sense it just seemed a very strange decision. Obviously camera angles can be deceptive, just wonder what anyone else's opinion was if they saw it

Not really Ste. We've played average in 4 of the matches and your boys deserved it today so fair enough. Too much hype on this side of the water. No harm in a defeat or 2 to keep the team (and more importantly the ridiculous media) in check.
And don't get me started on the GB versus Ireland bullshit at the festival. I'm supposed to cheer a champion hurdle winner owned and ridden by Irishmen more than a World Hurdle winner owned by an Englishman. Bollox to that.
