Great save by Romero. That's two he's made. I take back what I said earlier about choosing him for the knockouts. He's done very well tonight when called upon all game.

Utter dogsh1t but we win. Probably all that matters for some. Hopefully if we get an easy draw we might make it to the semi-finals but that's about it.

Zlatan - pure poo. Not even a fluky assist can hide how **** he was. Probably stifled about 4 or 5 other chances to score.

Our best players were probably Valencia and Romero. Favourable mentions for the trojans that are Mkhytarian, Mata and Herrera.
 
United deserved to win although they laboured against a resolute side. Although as usual I felt that we had more chances to score once Rostov started attacking us.

Nothing to write home about but a win is a win. Pogba and blind added to the injury and missing list but at Ieast United are still involved in key competitions. Better to be involved rather than be like the RS who are getting excited only about a possible 5-6 final place. It is so funny that they can only salivate and loudly discuss competitions that they have been kicked out early or not been involved at all.

Easy to mistake Mourinho and LVG right now as well. Especially after his last interview. Wasn't LVG castigated for saying we should forget about challenging for the league every season? Now Mourinho's said the same.

Turns out his dream job is harder than he expected...just gotta hope he doesn't bottle it at another big club
