Massive day today, we start with a corker to see if Yorkhill can reverse the Mullins form, or could Politilogue get Nicholls on the board? I'm hoping for a make all from Disko but this race could set the day alight for what will follow.

Gayebury in the Pertemps has been overlooked but I think he could go very well, has form behind the Neptune winner and has been progressing with racing. If Tom O'Brien had put the handbrake on earlier at Chepstow then he might have carried less here, but even so, if he progresses then he looks a massive price.

    Also like-
    Ballyoptic
Baron Alco (he of the low head carriage) and Thomas Crapper
    LBAR
    Mall Dini and Potters Legend

Also is there a worse claimer ever to have ridden at the festival than Mr Maxwell?

I seriously would not back any of Willie's at the moment. In fact I wouldn't take 2/1 Yorkhill even if he'd had all the winners Gordon Elliot has this week. He just does not convince me as a chaser.

Anyone on course? Have you noticed anything different about the place? I can't quite put my finger on it but I have a feeling the punters are being tucked up

Decided to keep the phone in the pocket for most of the week, far too many good photographs on twitter!! It's not been a vintage festival so far but it's been great fun and very interesting.

The one horse that has really impressed me is Neon Wolf who will be one hell of a chaser. He is a very impressive horse in looks and in performance.

we got to see Denman and Big Bucks before racing on Tuesday but it was Sprinter Sacre yesterday that really drew a crowd.

Today's arrows in what potentially looks like being a really good day I think...

    Yorkhill
    Impulsive Star
    Sub Lieutenant
UNWH with Zarkandar e/w - Can't be missing out on one of my favourites, plus I'm hoping the wind op will put a bit more tiger in the tank so to speak
    Tango de Juilley
    Forge Meadow
    Southfield Royale

Good luck to all again as we try and claim something back off the crookies who have had a decent week I would think...:bandit:

Think I've lost my mind as well as my cash. Prob best to avoid the accursed following:

    EW Trixie

    2:10 Rocklander
    4:10 Thomas Crapper
    4:50 Toe the Line

Having raved about Sub Lieutenant earlier in the season I had become a little disappointed after he met with 2 defeats. But if you look who has beaten him (Djakadam, Outlander and Sizing John) you have to say his form ain't bad. I just hope David Mullins can lay up on him just off the pace and use his immaculate jumping to creep into it down the back straight. He doesn't have a ton of gears but that jumping can serve him to good effect and I have had an e/w play at 7/1.

    Good afternoon chaps

I'm probably in a minority here, but I think WM is in for a good day! He has sorted out his downhill gallops - sorry Florida, couldn't resist :D - by running in the opposite direction <laugh> Now it won't be uphill for all his horses, but it might be York hill to kick start the day!

    Yorkhill
    Isleofhopesanddreams
    Un De Sceax
    UNWIMH
    Starchitect/Diamond King rfc
    Let's Dance
    Southfield Royale

    Good luck all <ok>

    We could be made look like fools again today but I too think this is the day Willie starts his Barca comeback :) Cheltenham have watered today which will help and he hasn't become a bad trainer all of a sudden so I've also gone for a Willie treble along with UKWMH;

Unowhatimeanharry rated 6lb clear on Timeform adjusted ratings (180), Interestingly Jezki is rated 172+

I wonder how much that + is worth given he is 1 from 1 over the distance. At 8/1 he looks a solid ew bet
